Any transfer or licensing of intellectual property rights to a Client must be explicitly defined and agreed upon in the relevant Letter of Engagement governing that specific project.

Third-party intellectual property (including open-source libraries, licensed software, or third-party assets) used in the course of any project remains subject to its respective license terms, which will be disclosed as applicable in the relevant Letter of Engagement.
